Getting Started

How long does a scan take?

5-15 minutes depending on your site size and plan. The Starter plan scans up to 500 pages, Growth up to 2,000, and Agency up to 5,000.

Do I need technical knowledge to use VELRA GEO?

No. Most fixes are copy-paste: download a file, paste code into your CMS, or upload to your server. We provide platform-specific instructions for Shopify and WordPress.

Billing

What happens after the 7-day trial?

Your subscription begins automatically. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and pay nothing. After the trial, you're billed monthly or annually (20% discount).

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrade anytime — prorated for the current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate before paying. After that, we don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Technical

What AI engines do you support?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot. Engine availability varies by plan.

How often does monitoring refresh?

Weekly on Starter, Daily on Growth and Agency, Real-time on Enterprise.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Supabase (PostgreSQL) for database, Clerk for authentication, and Cloudflare R2 for file storage. We don't share your data with third parties.

Results

How quickly will I see improvements?

Technical fixes (robots.txt, schema) take effect within days. Content fixes show impact in 2-4 weeks. AI Visibility monitoring shows trends within the first month.

What's a good GEO Score?

Above 70 is excellent. Most sites start between 25-45. Improving from 35 to 60 typically takes 4-6 weeks of focused fixes.
